Once your order is picked up, you can use our real-time GPS tracking feature in the Winngs app to see your Delivery Captain's live location.
We aim to deliver within 20-30 minutes. Factors like preparation time, traffic in areas like Athwa or Vesu, and weather conditions can occasionally affect this.

Prep (Reels) are short videos available in the app that show you the hygiene standards and the preparation process of your favorite dishes.
Our Story feature allows you to see live updates from your favorite kitchens! Customers can browse daily stories to discover new dishes, while Restaurants and Home Chefs use this space to advertise specials, show off fresh ingredients, and share behind-the-scenes moments.
Absolutely. Every restaurant partner on Winngs must submit a valid FSSAI license and comply with our hygiene and quality guidelines before being listed on the platform.
Payments & Cancellations

Payments & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the restaurant accepts them. If the restaurant has already started preparation, cancellation may not be possible.
If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue with the food, please contact our customer support team immediately through the app or helpline. To help us review the issue quickly, we may ask you to share a clear photo of the damaged food or packaging. Our team will review the case and work with the restaurant partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We work on a transparent commission model (percentage + GST) agreed upon during the onboarding process.
