Restaurant Partner Privacy Policy

Partners agree to pay a service commission on every successful order as specified in their individual Merchant Agreement.

All commissions are subject to the applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian law.

Commission plus GST will be automatically deducted from the weekly or monthly settlements before payouts are made to the Partner's registered bank account.

The Partner (Restaurant) is solely responsible for the quality, hygiene, and safety of the food prepared.

Partners must ensure secure and hygienic packaging to prevent contamination during transit.

Partners must maintain a valid FSSAI license and adhere to all food safety standards set by the government.

Winngs acts as a delivery platform; any health issues, complaints, or legal claims arising from food consumption are the direct responsibility of the Partner.

We collect the restaurant name, business address, contact information, bank details for payouts, GSTIN, and FSSAI license details.

We track menu items, pricing, availability, order history, and performance metrics.

We may collect personal data of staff members (e.g., manager's email or phone number) if provided for platform access.

To facilitate order processing, payments, and settlements.

For platform analytics, dispute resolution, and providing marketing support.

To comply with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements.

Limited information is shared, such as the menu, restaurant address, and customer ratings.

Necessary order details are shared for pickup and delivery coordination.

Data may be shared with third-party providers for accounting, analytics, and legal compliance.

Information is not shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

Data security standards are maintained similar to our User Privacy Policy.

Partners can access or update their information at any time via the Partner Dashboard.
