You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information (name, contact, and delivery address) to ensure successful service.

Winngs is a technology platform that facilitates the ordering of food and beverages from third-party restaurant partners and connects you with independent delivery partners.

Winngs does not prepare food. The Merchant (Restaurant) is solely responsible for the quality, hygiene, preparation, and packaging of your order.

Delivery times provided are estimates only. Factors like Surat's traffic, weather conditions, or restaurant preparation delays may affect actual delivery times.

All prices listed are determined by the Merchant. Prices include applicable GST and other taxes where mandatory.

A delivery fee is charged per order based on distance and demand. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Winngs reserves the right to modify or cancel discount coupons, loyalty points, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

Winngs is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from food consumption. Users must contact the restaurant directly for ingredient queries.

We are not liable for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events, including heavy rain, floods, strikes, or technical server outages.

In any event of a dispute, Winngs' maximum liability is limited to the Total Value of the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, including but not limited to placing "fake" orders or abusing the ratings system.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Surat, Gujarat.
